What Fund Eagle is

Fund Eagle is a business-funding platform operated by American Business Funding. Fund Eagle is not a bank and does not itself make credit decisions. Financing products, eligibility, and final terms are determined by participating providers. Submitting information does not guarantee approval or funding.

Eligibility

The platform is intended for U.S. businesses and their authorized representatives who are at least 18 years old. By submitting an application, you confirm you are authorized to act for the business you describe.

No guarantee of funding

Reviewing initial options does not guarantee approval, and any amounts, products, or paths shown are illustrative until confirmed by a participating provider.

Your information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you authorize us to share it with American Business Funding and participating providers to review your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Communications

Communication preferences and consents are collected during the application and are described there and in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Acceptable use

  • Do not submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
  • Do not interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
  • Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Fund Eagle name, logo, and site content are owned by American Business Funding or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Third-party products and providers

Financing products are offered by participating providers, not by Fund Eagle. Your agreements for any financing are between you and the provider, on the provider’s terms.
